This is an optional service provided to you by the Our Lady of Hope PTO.
This is not a fundraiser!
The school faculty encourages participation. If you choose not to order, please use this supply list to purchase the supplies as specified by the teachers.

- Kindergarten - $40
- 1st Grade - $30
- 2nd Grade - $25
- 3rd Grade - $30
- 4th Grade - $45
- 5th Grade - $35
- 6th Grade - $45
- 7th Grade - $45

General Instructions
- All students are required to have a sturdy backpack or book bag labeled with the student’s first and last name.
- Supplies must be clearly marked with the student’s first and last name using a permanent black marker. Also, please label all sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts and lunch boxes.
- As workbooks are sent home during the first two weeks of school, please print the student’s first and last name, per the teacher’s specific instructions, with black permanent marker on the front of the workbook and cover them with clear Con-Tac paper.
- Special class instructions to be distributed at a later date.
All orders will be shipped to the school, and distributed at the Ice Cream Social in August.
